Edmond de Rothschild Prifund
Edmond de Rothschild Prifund is an umbrella vehicle whose 30-plus subfunds provide a full range of long-only and hedge fund strategies.
Each subfund is managed either as a fund of funds or as a portfolio of direct investments. The Prifund subfunds cover all the major financial asset classes: money market placements; fixed income; long-only strategies on European, American, Swiss, Japanese and Asian equities; mixed assets; natural resources; property; alternative strategies (the Alpha line); and quantitative strategies.
Edmond de Rothschild Prifund, incorporated in 2000 in Luxembourg under Part II of the Law on Collective investment Undertakings, is authorised for distribution in Switzerland, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Singapore (as a Restricted Recognized Scheme).
The Prifund Alpha line
The Prifund subfunds that use alternative management strategies all have the word “Alpha” or the symbol “α” in their name. These products provide access to the unique know-how of Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild SA in creating and operating funds of hedge funds.
